What this service is

Roofing Quotes UK is an introduction service. We pass property owners' enquiries to independent roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not carry out roof work, and any contract for work is between you and the contractor that contacts you. Check a contractor's registration and insurance before you engage them.

How we are paid

Roofing contractors may pay us for qualified enquiries. This never changes what you pay, and no contractor can pay to be added to, moved up or removed from the register pages, which are a record of what the scheme publishes.

The roofing register

The register pages record what the NFRC Competent Person Scheme published on the date shown. A contractor's entry here is not our endorsement of it, and a contractor that is not on the scheme is not thereby a bad roofer: the scheme is one licence among several routes to compliant work.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep the register pages accurate to the date they were read, and the scheme's own search is the authority; we make no warranty about the outcome of any roof work, and a contractor's registration is a licence to self-certify against the Building Regulations rather than a guarantee of workmanship.
