Read in full, publishes no figure

29 named sources were read in full on the dates shown and print no usable figure. They are counted, never filled in.

Methodology

Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).

11 of the 40 named sources that could be read published a usable figure; 29 published none and are recorded as not published, never filled in; 3 could not be read (blocked, dead or unreachable) and count nowhere.

The headline figures (median, minimum, maximum, quartiles) are over ONE figure per source for each breakdown it prices, in GBP (a source's median where its page yielded several accepted sentences for one breakdown), so a page that gives figures for several breakdowns gives one for each and N counts 15 figures, never sentences; 127 candidate sentence(s) were refused by a reviewer with the reason recorded.

The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): One row per scheme per nation per measure, each quoted from the authority that runs it with the date it takes effect and the date it ends - and the join nobody publishes: the SAME measure read across ECO4, the Warm Homes: Local Grant, Warmer Homes Scotland, Warm Homes Nest and Affordable Warmth, so a buyer sees that external wall insulation is funded in four of five and spray foam in none.

Beside the rules, the delivery: measures actually installed by type from the DESNZ household energy efficiency statistics and the Welsh annual reports, against the stock still uninsulated from the English Housing Survey - which turns 'is there a grant' into 'how many households like mine got one last year'.

The local axis is the councils' own statements of intent, whose income thresholds differ from each other and from the national rule; the count of councils publishing one, and the spread of their income caps, is a figure that exists nowhere else.

Changed-since on every read, because a scheme closing is the news.

127 candidate sentences on these pages were refused by a reviewer; each refusal and its reason is recorded in the review ledger.
